Problems on Highways and Streets - you can use this form to report any of the following:

Please ensure one form is used for one issue – for prompt and efficient service, where there are multiple issues or issues on different streets, please report each issue on a separate form.

• Fly Tipping – report illegal dumping of waste
• Graffiti – racist/obscene material will be removed as a higher priority
• Litter picking or street sweeping
• Litter bins which require emptying
• Green bags (i.e. from street sweeping or emptied litter bins) which have not been collected
• Dog fouling which requires cleaning
• Grass and grass verges which require cutting
• Overhanging public trees (i.e. not within the boundary of a private property) which require pruning
• Weed removal from a highway or footpath

Street Lighting - you can use this form to report faulty street lamps and illuminated bollards.

Potholes - you can use this form to report potholes and surface defects on the highway.

Roadside Gully Defect - you can use this form to report defective roadside gullies which are not draining rainwater.

Winter Maintenance - having read about our winter maintenance operations, and to help us identify trouble spots and plan future operations, you can use this form to request gritting.
