The flagged steps down to the foot of the weir on the Kirkgate side of the beck have been ripped out & thrown all over the place. Who has the responsibility to restore the damage done?

I am somewhat surprised & alarmed that no-one amongst the great & good of Silsden feels the need to respond to my post. This walkway down to the foot of the weir has, at some time, been laid by 'someone' at some time in the past, & it therefore follows that 'someone' is responsible for it's maintenance. One does wonder who would be held responsible for any injury to any member of the public who may be injured negotiating this clearly inadequate pathway & steps.

shame that, but i lived here when the shops were there long before steps were put in,and to be honest ive never seen anyone use them in all the years they av been there ,once saw a couple of kids down by the beck and thats it,so maybe a waste of money repacing them,also i thought someone on here said the area by the seats was to be repaved,where the willows are and the wall mended, but that must of been months ago.'sad :(');
